The General Government Service Center is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person to join our team. This position provides professional-level human resources services to State agencies served by the General Government Service Center.
The focus of this position is to manage all position actions and work with agencies in advising and processing of job classification actions. The position will also participate in recruitment efforts for our agencies. Other assignments include querying and maintaining reports such as vacancies, position reports, and seniority lists. The ability to run complex data analytics is important. Coordination of assignments working with agencies, the Bureau of Human Resources, the Office of the State Controller, and the Bureau of Budget are key.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify, you must have demonstrated education, training, and/or experience in human resources or a related field.
Preference will be given to those who:
Preference will be given to candidates possessing knowledge or experience working in recruiting and position management. Experience with job classifications, and the ability to interpret rules and regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and State and Federal laws.
