As the Microsoft Singapore Public Sector Leader and a senior member of the country leadership team, you will lead a high-performing organization of account teams to become the trusted partner to government, education, and healthcare leaders, accelerating their AI journey from strategy to measurable outcomes. You set the vision and growth strategy, orchestrate “One Microsoft” execution across sales, engineering, partners, and stakeholders, and serve as a credible spokesperson in Singapore’s policy, regulatory, and procurement environment, opening doors and removing barriers so our team can win ethically and sustainably. You will have important people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.
This opportunity will allow you to deliver the highest level of impact by working at the national level to drive policy influence and transformational change. You will build deep mastery at the intersection of AI, security and governance, and public sector transformation; sharpen your ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs where priorities need to be aligned; and elevate your executive leadership brand by coaching leaders and teams, and building an inclusive, resilient growth engine across customers and partners.
