Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Director Sales Public Sector to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
You would act as tHe leader for the Swedish Public Sector territory, managing a team of Account Managers driving growth across major public sector organizations.

As a Director Sales you will:

• Build and lead a team of Sales Executives with a strong focus on new business growth
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Public Sector
• Drive territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development
• Be actively involved in helping the team close strategic deals
• Recruit, coach, and develop the team
• Set territories, quotas, and performance expectations
• Own forecasting and pipeline management
• Deliver against quarterly and annual targets
• Personally engage and build relationships at C-level
• Collaborate closely with Presales, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and Leadership
• Retain and grow existing customers by building long-term strategic relationships beyond individual sales opportunities

Candidate profile

• Proven track record of new business growth
• Extensive experience selling technology solutions to public sector customers.
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• Strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline
• Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
• Strong partner ecosystem and network
• Proven ability to drive pipeline generation
• Experience building a team culture based on “collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement”
• Ability to develop top performers while also addressing underperformance and “topgrading appropriately”
• Good understanding of AI and its impact on customers and the market
