This role sitsat the heart ofour Public Sector functionand will play a key part in bringingpeople,prioritiesand progress togetherYou’llworkclosely with major public sector customers and teams across OS to make sure complex agreements are delivered with confidence,clarityand pace

This role willtake ownership ofagreement delivery, turning commitments into action andhelping ensureperformance, benefits and outcomes stay on track.It’sa chanceto combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, build trusted relationships and make a visible contribution to nationally important work

WhatYou’llDo

Agreement Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, high-value Public Sector agreements, ensuring all obligations, KPIs and service levels are met or exceeded.

Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact and authority for customers, managing both strategic and operational interactions andrepresentingOS with credibility and confidence.

Performance & Improvement

  • Drive performance across agreements, using insight and data toidentifyissues and proactively lead improvement activity that enhances delivery,outcomesand efficiency.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strong delivery against governance frameworks, KPIs, change control and compliance requirements,maintainingclear oversight and managing risks effectively. Hold the business to account.

Insight & Adaptation

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities and wider government context, adapting delivery approaches to meet changing needs and expectations.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate across OS to ensure alignment of internal stakeholders, coordinating activity and influencing outcomes to deliver against customer and commercialobjectives

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver clear,accurateand high-quality reporting on agreement performance, translating complex information into simple, actionable insight.

About You

We’relooking forastructured and commercially aware deliveryleaderwith experience managing complex agreements or service environments, and a strong focus on performance,governanceand customer outcomes.

  • Proven experience leading delivery of complex agreements,servicesor accounts, ideally within a public sector environment

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, KPIs, contracting and compliance processes

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and customer relationships, including navigating political pressures

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insight to track performance and drive improvement

  • Strong organisational capability, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience producing high-quality reporting and communicating performance clearly

  • Confident influencing across teams and coordinating delivery in a matrix environment

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy,consistencyand control

  • Comfortable managing risk,issuesand escalation within a structured framework

  • A team player – someone whoparticipateswithin the wider team to help create an enjoyable,productiveand supportive environment

Key Experience

  • Experience supportingthedelivery or administration ofhigh valueagreements, contracts, serviceactivityor structured processes

  • Experienceproducing,coordinatingor supporting performance reports, including data collation,checkingand validation

  • Experienceworking in customer-focused,public sector, regulated or similarly complexenvironmentswould be helpful
