Now, we're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our End User End User Team in Belgium. More specifically, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist who will further establish our success in the health market. What You'll Do

As an Account Manager with HP’s End User team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative, secure, and sustainable solutions to customers. Working closely with our partners and customers, you will play a key role in driving sales, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Proactively sell HP products and solutions, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Forge strong, lasting relationships with both customers and internal teams. Your ability to connect with stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Assist partners and customers with their specific needs, ensuring they get the most out of HP technology and solutions. Deliver guidance, product information, and pricing support.
• Develop comprehensive account plans, identify new business opportunities, and manage a healthy sales pipeline in the Printing sector.
• Work closely with resellers, sales specialists, and internal experts to develop tailored solutions, lead negotiations, and close deals.

What You Bring to the Role:

We are looking for someone who is as passionate about sales and technology as we are. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a strong desire to continuously learn and grow. You’ll need:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 2 – 4 years' experience in sales, ideally in technology or printing. You understand how to build and manage relationships, drive sales, and hit targets.
• Some experience/network in the healthcare market.
• You can identify new opportunities, develop long-term strategies, and navigate complex sales cycles.
• You’re highly motivated, driven to succeed, and proactive in all aspects of your role.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English, and you're able to engage with people at all levels of an organization.
• You collaborate well with others and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• We, at HP, appreciate the “I/We can do” attitude and the engagement process that comes with it.
• If you understand the printing industry or related technology, it is considered an asset.
