Liderar ventas en canal gobierno a nivel nacional, desarrollando negocio y gestionando licitaciones públicas
What You Will Do
Liderar, dirigir y desarrollar la organización de ventas correspondiente en términos de estructura, talento y desempeño para alcanzar la máxima eficiencia y eficacia (incluyendo feedback y desarrollo individual).
Capacitar y acompañar a los miembros del equipo en técnicas, procesos y estándares de ventas que les permitan alcanzar sus objetivos comerciales.
Traducir los planes de negocio locales en planes de ventas, actividades y campañas, y gestionar las actividades diarias del equipo comercial (con el fin de implementar la estrategia global de ventas) para una geografía, canal y/o clientes asignados.
Preparar pronósticos y presupuestos de ventas; monitorear volumen, ingresos y costos frente a los objetivos para identificar áreas de mejora u oportunidad y ajustar estrategias.
Asignar recursos con base en la segmentación de clientes para optimizar el desempeño del equipo de ventas.
Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias y planes de ventas, marketing, retención de clientes, publicidad, precios y distribución dentro de su área de responsabilidad.
Generar conocimiento sobre el desarrollo del mercado, las necesidades de los clientes y las actividades de la competencia, y compartirlo con stakeholders internos para el negocio de gobierno.
Contribuir a la toma de decisiones a nivel organizacional.
Who You Are
De 7 a 10 años de experiencia en ventas a gobierno dentro del sector de la salud.
Experiencia sólida en licitaciones y acceso a mercado público
Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales.
Disponibilidad para viajar (~60%).
Perfil estratégico con fuerte conocimiento técnico del canal gobierno.
Alta capacidad de negociación
Orientación a resultados y crecimiento del negocio
