This position is responsible for the administration and supervision of the operations of the Communications Division. This position reports to the Emergency Services Manager.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three (3) to five (5) years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The work is sedentary work, which requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Work is typically performed while intermittently sitting, standing, or stooping. The employee distinguishes between shades of color and uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
The work is typically performed in an office and various outdoor environments, occasionally in cold or inclement weather.
