As a Security Officer, you’ll be our first line of defense, making sure staff, patients, and visitors feel secure and supported, no matter what.

What You'll Do:

  • Help create a safe and peaceful environment for everyone in our facilities.

  • Protect people and property while staying alert, calm, and responsive to any situation.

  • Be ready to act fast and smart during emergencies—your actions matter.

  • Support staff, assist visitors, and make sure every shift ends better than it started.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (your foundation of awesome).

  • You meet (and continue to meet) our Fleet Driving Safety & Compliance Policy—because safety first.

  • Able to get a Private Security Officer’s License under our name within 20 days of hire.

  • Already own or can purchase a Glock .40 caliber firearm within 20 days—yep, we get serious.

  • Willing and able to requalify at our shooting range annually (and show off your skills).

  • Basic computer skills (20 wpm typing—no sweat).

  • Physically ready to walk, run, lift (up to 75 lbs), crawl, or jump into action if needed.

  • Flexible schedule? Check. Willing to work overtime and at different locations? Double check.
