What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the VP, Communications to maximize brand visibility for Jimmy Choo
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies around new products, campaigns and events to drive editorial coverage
  • Pitch products and feature stories to new audiences across National, Regional and Digital Outlets
  • Oversee and manage all sample trafficking – liaise with editors, stylists and influencers regarding trafficking of samples for send outs across North and South America
  • Place all seasonal and special project sample orders, track and maintain PR budget
  • Foster open communication with editors as well as all Jimmy Choo boutiques, retail and wholesale office staff
  • Oversee editorial clippings and social tracking, providing weekly and monthly reports to London (or as required)
  • Maintain key databases for press outreach and special events, including press, VIPs, and all local markets
  • Schedule all press appointments for seasonal press presentations in Milan
  • Act as project manager on all PR events, including regional press days
  • Work closely with retail teams on new launches, product focuses and initiatives to support the priorities of our organization
  • Handle all press requests for the Creative Director, as needed
  • Research and identify opportunities for the brand within the communications space
  • Own senior level relationships with editors, stylists and influencers
  • Partner with Latin American partners and Licensees to provide support where needed

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of public relations and editorial experience
  • Established industry/editorial relationships
  • Experience in the retail/luxury market
  • Communications skills- including speaking and writing about the brand in a compelling way
  • Good presentation skills and confidence

Compensation Range:

90,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD
