• Coordinates internal reviews and approvals for PR materials and ensures alignment across Marketing, Community Outreach, HR, Sales, and agency partners
• Supports planning and execution of press conferences, community events, sponsorship activations, and executive speaking engagements
• Tracks emerging issues and escalation pathways and assists with after-action evaluations and crisis communication updates

• Helps evaluate PR tools, maintains accurate media databases, and assists with budget tracking, invoices, contracts, and asset management
• Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality in accordance with the expectations established by supervisor and WoodmenLife policy
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
We need someone who has:

• Strong project management skills
• Working knowledge of media relations practices, social media platforms, and basic analytics/measurement
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with collaboration and media tools (e.g., media databases, monitoring platforms, social scheduling, Microsoft 365)
• Calm under deadline pressure; strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Exceptional written, editing, listening, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft effective prompts for AI systems to optimize outputs and improve efficiency in task execution
