
Responsible for fostering brand awareness and building relationships, the Public Relations Coordinator (PRC) employs various marketing and outreach methods to attract new patients. This includes executing marketing campaigns, utilizing social media, and managing referral programs. Additionally, the PRC engages with the wider community, coordinating events with dentists, medical professionals, and schools. Oversee budgets and spending for referral-driven marketing initiatives
Proactive in seeking marketing and sponsorship opportunities, the PRC contributes to the Adventure Orthodontics brand's growth and community involvement. Demonstrate strong teamwork with the team, BOND support departments, BOND Leadership, and the doctors.

of Essential Job Functions:
o Doctor Referrals
• Deliver monthly marketing materials and gifts to dental & medical providers
• Coordinate doctor lunches and Lunch & Learns with provider teams and handle all planning and logistics.
• Introduce Bright Referral digital system and invite doctors to Lunch & Learns during in-person meetings.
• Track and report referral visit activity by location
• Deliver personalized gift basket to new welcome new doctors to the community.
• Plan, host, and report on quarterly Hygiene Study Club events (agenda, invites, venue, CE coordination if applicable, and follow-up).
o Community Events and Sponsorships
• Manage sponsorships and outreach in assigned regions
• Find and register for community events. Manage permits, fees, swag, setup, and booth operations. Collaborate with the team on event planning and execution.
• Attend the in-person events.
• Lead school field trips for 2nd grade students.
• Attend and actively represent the practice at in-person events.
• Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas to keep outreach creative and current.
• Provide support as needed to the Idaho Falls location
o Patient Promotions and Experience
• Create, promote, set up, and oversee in-office contests, patient rewards programs, and thank-you initiatives.
• Identify, register, and coordinate community events—including permits, fees, swag, setup, and booth operations.
• Generate fresh, creative ideas to keep outreach efforts engaging and relevant.
• Support the AO Club to encourage referrals and team spirit in the office. Set up rewards and monthly contests. Print member badges.
• Social media content planning and creation.
• Assist with content creation of airway-focused marketing materials such as fliers, banners, promotions, etc.
• Swag ordering for all Adventure Ortho locations including patient t-shirts, field trip t-shirts, etc. for approved expenditures. Maintain swag/marketing inventory sheet to ensure sufficient supply.
• Maintain & strategize the Marketing Budget to ensure funds are allocated correctly and accounted for.
o Budget Management & Financial Stewardship
• Manage all marketing- and referral-related budgets in alignment with practice goals.
• Track expenditures for events, sponsorships, swag, advertising, and outreach initiatives to ensure all spending stays within approved limits.
• Practice thoughtful, cost-effective decision-making when selecting vendors, planning events, and ordering materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget logs, spreadsheets, or other tracking tools as required.
• Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing spend, budget status, and return on investment for marketing activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Previous event planning or local marketing experience is preferred but not required
• Self-directed, highly motivated outgoing individual that works well independently and collaborates with a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop strong, trusting relationships
• Organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker with the ability to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills

Community Marketing Liaison- BOND
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a strong presence in the community. This role routinely uses standard office computer equipment, such as computers and phones. You may be required to use your own transportation to pick up/deliver supplies and set up for events.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Most of the time will be spent coordinating marketing activities and preparing for events, including set up. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis when preparing for, setting up, or tearing down events, and when delivering referring doctor gifts. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Generally, days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. or as determined at the practice in the Pocatello location. Times and locations may change based on event schedules.
