About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to support brand representation, public engagement, and initiatives that strengthen positive relationships between clients and their audiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, presenting information professionally, and helping create a positive impression of a brand.

Training and team support are available to help you develop your interpersonal, organizational, and public-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with public-facing brand initiatives and promotional activities.
• Represent client brands in a professional and approachable manner.
• Share accurate information about client products, services, and initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the public.
• Help coordinate campaign materials and prepare for scheduled activities.
• Gather feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
• Support consistent brand messaging during in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet campaign objectives and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with the public.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and courteously.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in public relations, customer service, promotions, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
