Job Description

The Public Relations Assistant will support the development and execution of communication and public relations initiatives while helping maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, community members, and other key audiences.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in professional environments, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop valuable communication and public relations skills within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, informational materials, and professional correspondence.
• Help maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community contacts.
• Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and other public-facing initiatives.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
• Assist with internal and external communications.
• Maintain organized records, contact information, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with team members on company initiatives and special projects.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during meetings, events, and interactions with external contacts.
• Support ongoing efforts to strengthen the organization’s reputation and community presence.
