Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a polished, organized, and communication-focused Public Relations Assistant to support our public relations and organizational communication efforts.

In this role, you will assist with maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, community contacts, and other key stakeholders while supporting internal and external communication initiatives.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, confident in communicating with others, and comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of public relations initiatives and communication activities.
• Support communication with clients, partners, organizations, and community contacts.
• Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, informational materials, and internal communications.
• Help maintain strong and positive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and other public relations activities.
• Assist with organizing promotional and corporate communication materials.
• Maintain accurate records, contact information, and documentation related to public relations activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and professional communication.
• Support special projects, events, presentations, and organizational initiatives.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally when communicating with external contacts.

• Competitive salary of $48,000 – $53,000 per year
