Strive Global is seeking a confident and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our San Antonio team.

In this role, you will support public relations and outreach initiatives while helping represent our clients in a professional and engaging manner. You will interact directly with members of the public, assist with campaigns and events, communicate key information, and help create positive experiences that strengthen client relationships and brand awareness.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally within a collaborative organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and their initiatives in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with public relations, outreach, and promotional campaigns
• Communicate clearly with customers, community members, and potential supporters
• Provide accurate information and answer questions regarding campaigns and initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of events and in-person outreach activities
• Build positive relationships with members of the public
• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and organizational goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of current client campaigns and messaging
• Assist with gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve public engagement
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and results-driven team environment

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 – $49,000 per year
