Job Description
Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a Public Relations and Media Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY reporting directly to the SVP, Marketing. This position will play a key role supporting seeding initiatives, public relations, performance marketing campaigns, & email marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the logistics of seeding campaigns, including client selection, order placement, tracking, and delivery
- Own the client list, ensuring all client information - tiers, types, address, sizing, & otherwise - is up to date at all times
- Identify and manage strategic gifting opportunities to build relationships with key figures, partners, and media
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product requests, coordinating the loan, delivery, and return of clothing and accessories for editorials, photoshoots, and other media opportunities
- Track and document all media placements and requests to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in public relations or a related role
- Extremely high attention to detail and ability to execute detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in situations of ambiguity
- Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership and an innate curiosity
- Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is a plus
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
