In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering and implementing the public communications plan which supports all of the projects within Sydney Metro.
You will deliver public communications and events that are consistent with a customer-focused culture and align with TfNSW brand strategy, guidelines and protocols.
This role will see you coordinate print communications, deliver timely and quality events and activities, marketing collateral, digital communication, E-campaigns and marketing communication campaigns to key external stakeholders and the community ensuring and maintaining the good reputation of Sydney Metro.
Please note that this is a full-time Fixed Term role until 7 October 2026 based in the Sydney CBD. Attendance in the office is 2 days pw. There will be a requirement to attend events out of hours and on weekends in the Greater Sydney area.

About you
Your stakeholder management, organisational and superior writing skills formed across a career in communications, events, media, public relations, government or in journalism will see you excel in juggling a variety of tasks to ensure the success of events and high-quality communications.
You're recognised as a problem solver, skilled at "thinking on your feet"", decisive and comfortable working autonomously and flexibly to adapt to changing situations ensuring that all stakeholders are managed appropriately, and desired outcomes are met.
