The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Public Area Attendant / House Attendant - Lobby supporting the dual-branded campus of Hotel Citrine Palo Alto, Tribute Portfolio and AC Hotel Palo Alto. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of boutique-inspired hospitality and modern European design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, visitors, and local community.

As a Public Area Attendant / House Attendant - Lobby, You'll:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, public restrooms, elevators, corridors, meeting spaces, and other public areas throughout both hotels.
• Ensure all guest-facing spaces remain welcoming, clean, and well-stocked throughout each shift.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish public areas according to brand standards.
• Restock restroom supplies, guest amenities, housekeeping closets, and storage areas.
• Assist Room Attendants with linen deliveries, guest requests, rollaway beds, cribs, and other operational needs.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, carpet extractors, and floor machines.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs in a timely manner.
• Support Housekeeping, Engineering, Banquets, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth campus operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, lost-and-found processes, and cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, custodial, or public area attendant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules based on business needs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
