As a Public Area Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the resort's public areas, including the water park, restrooms, locker rooms, cabanas, walkways, and guest service areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness play an important role in creating an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do as a Public Area Attendant:
• Clean, disinfect, and restock public restrooms, locker rooms, and changing areas throughout the resort.
• Maintain cleanliness of walkways, pool decks, guest lounging areas, cabanas, and other public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, pressure wash, and clean high-traffic areas to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean glass, mirrors, windows, doors, tables, chairs, and other public furnishings.
• Monitor and replenish janitorial and restroom supplies throughout assigned areas.
• Assist with cleaning guest service offices, sales booths, and other operational spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost and found items promptly.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and vacuums, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Bring as a Public Area Attendant:
• Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or public area cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company golf carts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
