What You’ll Do
Maintain immaculate public spaces—including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells—so every guest feels welcome.
Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, ensuring storerooms are neat and secure.
Report maintenance issues promptly to keep our property in top condition.
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, following all guidelines.
Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with your team to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Uphold OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards for emergency procedures and chemical handling.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
Basic English skills preferred.
Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
