We are seeking a highly motivated Public Affairs Manager to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you will develop and implement public affairs strategies to support our mission of improving patient access to innovative treatments. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Danish healthcare ecosystem, including government officials, regulatory bodies, patient organizations, and healthcare institutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team led by the Head of Market Access and Public Affairs, working closely with the MAPA team, the cross-functional brand teams and the Country Lead in Denmark.

Main responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze healthcare policy developments in Denmark, develop position papers and policy recommendations aligned with company objectives, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Build and maintain relationships with Danish government officials, ministries, and regulatory bodies; represent Sanofi in discussions with healthcare authorities, policymakers, and relevant parliamentary committees and working groups.
Collaborate with patient organizations to support access to innovative treatments, develop and implement patient engagement programs, and advocate for patient-centric healthcare policies.
Provide public affairs input for product launch strategies, develop stakeholder engagement plans for new product introductions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful patient access.
Design and execute public awareness initiatives on health topics.
Map and prioritize key stakeholders across the Danish healthcare ecosystem, develop and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, and foster long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders and institutions.
Act as a proactive contributor to cross-functional brand teams, providing continuous public affairs guidance and ensuring alignment between external engagement activities and internal business objectives.
Integrate AI tools into public affairs workflows to improve policy monitoring, stakeholder analysis, and overall effectiveness.
About you:
Master's degree preferred in relevant field (political science, healthcare, or related discipline)
At least 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or related fields in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
Fluent Danish and English languages
Deep understanding of Danish healthcare policy environment and HTA processes
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with ability to convey scientific information to policymakers and general public
Existing network among Danish policymakers preferred
Strategic mindset with proven ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
Excellent analytical skills to monitor and interpret policy developments
Familiarity with AI tools is desirable — we value candidates who are open to exploring how AI can enhance policy monitoring, stakeholder insights, and day-to-day ways of working

The salary range for this position is :kr668 000,00 - kr890 667
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
