Public Affairs & Healthcare Partnerships (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid Role in Austria

In this role, you will drive strategic market development across the CEECA Zone, with a focus on Eastern European countries. By understanding healthcare systems, funding priorities, and policy developments, you will identify growth opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and support long-term business success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare systems, policies, and funding mechanisms to identify market opportunities.
  • Build relationships with healthcare authorities, payers, policymakers, hospital associations, and funding organizations.
  • Monitor healthcare reforms, reimbursement pathways, and public health initiatives across the region.
  • Translate healthcare and policy developments into actionable business opportunities.
  • Partner with country leadership and commercial teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and provide market insights to senior leadership.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Health Economics, Healthcare Management, Public Affairs, Law, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare policy, public affairs, market development, health economics, reimbursement, healthcare consulting, pharma, medtech, or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, stakeholder landscapes, funding mechanisms, and public-sector decision-making.
  • Experience engaging with healthcare authorities, ministries, payers, or other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • Fluent English; additional regional language skills are a plus.

What else do I need to know?

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 60,000.00. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary will be offered.
