2. 创作者生态构建及运营：参与创作者生态建设，为内容创作者提供支持和激励，定期策划主题活动、内容挑战等；
3. 算法推荐优化：基于数据及AI优化UGC玩法推荐，提升用户参与率，持续追踪市场热点玩法变迁，推动UGC玩法创作及创新；
4.跨团队合作： 收集并分析用户/创作者反馈，与产品、研发等团队协作，推动UGC玩法持续迭代和体验提升；协同市场宣发，打造UGC玩法社交媒体明星内容，拉动用户游玩生态。
1. 本科及以上学历，具备1-2年游戏行业运营经验
2. 射击游戏资深玩家，具备深度洞察，对市场主流射击游戏游玩及分析经验丰富，能敏锐捕捉玩法创新机会；
3. 有UGC游戏策划、熟悉主流UGC游戏、编辑器产品，具备深刻洞察，有直接工作经验/UGC创作经验优先；
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL等分析工具，能独立完成数据洞察工作；
5. 具备内容创意能力，思路活跃，善于结合不同游戏品类和区域热点提出新颖玩法方案；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能跨部门推动项目落地。
