1. 负责PUBG MOBILE项目相关视觉设计，包括不限于品牌平面视觉宣传、多媒体设计、区域风格化设计、网页设计等；
2. 把控大型项目整体视觉风格、针对活动节点进行创意提案、提供创意思路 ；
3. 使用AI相关新技术帮助业务提质提效。
4. 以高效节流的思维按需分配设计资源，对最终呈现内容做优化。
5. 兼具设计资源管理、供应商管理、项目管理相关职责。
1. 3年以上游戏设计经验，对海外游戏市场设计有一定理解；
2. 有极强的美术功底和审美认知，有熟练的创意方法和创意思维，对形式、质感、色彩等的拥有把控力；
3. 能熟练使用AI/PS等设计软件 ；会使用三维、虚幻引擎、后期软件等更佳；
4. 需要具有项目管理能力；
5. 有团队合作精神、善于沟通配合解决项目问题；
6. 有FPS射击品类游戏体验基础和研发经验者优先。
