Job Description

[What the role is]

As an Engineer in the Flood Resilience Planning department, you will be part of the Catchment Planning team that is responsible for reviewing (i) land safeguarded for Drainage Reserve and (ii) drainage requirements.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review land safeguarded for Drainage Reserve, including coordinating plan reviews and site checks with relevant departments and authorities;

  • Review drainage requirements and provide inputs to support the development of an automated model checker for building plan submissions

[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in relevant field, e.g. environmental science or engineering
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
  • Familiarity with Code-of Practice and Building Plans Submissions is a must
  • Independent and excellent team player
  • Willing to learn, result-oriented and self-driven
