In this leadership role, you will develop and deliver the market development strategy for the B2B business, supporting sustainable growth in profitability and volume across customer segments including OEM workshops, fleets, mining and distribution networks.
You will guide a geographically distributed team and help shape the medium- to long-term direction of the business, aligning with bp’s wider strategy.
You will also lead by example in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring safety is embedded in all business and operational activities.
