We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the PTx Regional Controller for EME region. This individual will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information. The person should enjoy working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of leader who is comfortable living in the details and has the ability to understand the big picture.
Your Impact
You are responsible for preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly financial statements while ensuring full compliance with Corporate Policies, SOX requirements, and US GAAP.
You drive process optimization, strengthen financial procedures, enhance system efficiencies, and support the successful implementation of a new ERP system.
You lead the Controllership team for the EME region, oversee Shared Service collaboration, and ensure training, guidance, and high-quality execution.
You analyze and prepare management reports, support Treasury with cash flow forecasting, and oversee cost accounting, inventory accuracy, and capital expenditure planning.
You bring strong accounting/finance expertise, advanced analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency with relevant ERP and reporting tools
Your Experience and Qualifications
Extensive professional experience of at least seven years in Accounting or Finance combined with a bachelor's degree in accounting
Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, cost accounting, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP or comparable platforms as well as reporting tools like OneStream; additional familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is advantageous
Advanced financial qualification such as CPA or MBA and demonstrated capability in applying complex financial and reporting standards
Experience in process optimization and in the use of modern financial systems to enhance efficiency, data quality, and reporting accuracy
