The Sales & Commercial Manager (PTS) is responsible for driving profitable growth across the Production Technologies & Solutions portfolio covering Process Equipment Capital Sales, Services and Production Facilities. The role owns the full commercial lifecycle: territory strategy, pipeline development, solution selling, tender management, pricing and contract negotiation, forecasting, and strategic account leadership. Success is measured by bookings, revenue, forecast accuracy, and multiyear account penetration while upholding the highest standards in QHSE, compliance, and customer experience
