Job Description

Job Identification:

We are looking for a PTP Service Desk Team Lead to be a part of our Finance Service Center team located in İstanbul, Türkiye.

What We Expect:

  • Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the PTP Service Delivery Leader in conjunction with the business units,
  • Meet the KPIs included in the Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) and all relevant productivity targets,
  • Lead and motivate a team, with responsibility for delivering compliance, accuracy and timeliness on defined services,
  • Develop high performing teams through effective coaching,
  • Ensure timely and accurate support regarding Payments queries e.g.: payment date, invoice status,
  • Provide support to vendor master data collection and verification,
  • Escalation of queries for exception handling as appropriate,
  • Establish, manage and grow customer relationships with both internal and external customers through maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery,
  • Assist in the performance of vendor reconciliations,
  • Conduit for resolution of all day-to-day payment related issues for all interested internal and external parties,
  • Provide input into the continuous process improvement,
  • Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions,
  • Ensure compliance with FSC standard processes and Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs),
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate potential solutions,
  • Challenge current processes/practices identifying improvements where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in in an accounting role; previous experience managing a service desk will be considered an advantage,
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal); Knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered an asset: Turkish, Arabic, Russian or any of the CA local languages,
  • Solid user of MS applications,
  • Good experience with the PTP process; knowledge of Readsoft and SAP would be an asset,
  • Strong focus in providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers,
  • Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver a seamless service to customers,
  • Confident, self motivated and enthusiastic,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
