PtP Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Team: Procure to Pay (PtP), Finance
Reporting to: PtP Team Lead

Where we need you:

As our PtP Analyst, you will become part of our international Shared Services Center (SSC), supporting Procure to Pay operations across the United States.

Working closely with colleagues from Procurement, Finance and other business functions, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time, payments are made in accordance with agreed terms, and financial controls are maintained throughout the Procure to Pay process.

As part of our global Shared Services organization, you will contribute to delivering high-quality finance services, strengthening supplier relationships and supporting continuous process improvements in a dynamic multinational FMCG environment.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices.
• Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with Procurement and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier payments are processed according to agreed payment terms and internal controls.
• Support the reconciliation of procurement transactions within ERP systems.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring invoices are processed and reconciled on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers by responding to queries and resolving payment-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports on key PtP performance indicators.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, tax regulations and company accounting standards.

The ideal recipe for our new PtP Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, Procurement or Finance, within a multinational Shared Services environment.
• Experience processing supplier invoices and managing the end-to-end invoice-to-payment process.
• Good understanding of Procure to Pay processes, including purchase order matching, invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar (SAP is considered an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and automation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
