Un lieu singulier, une entité gastronomique exclusive, trait d’union entre la ville et sa périphérie, que son chef propriétaire, Pascal Devalkeneer, rêve et construit, pierre par pierre, plat après plat, depuis vingt ans. Après avoir décroché une deuxième étoile au guide Michelin en 2012, son établissement fait aujourd’hui partie des clubs très sélect des Grandes Tables du Monde et Relais & Châteaux.
