Valiant is looking for a Part Time Casual Instructor/Controller to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instruct gamers in exercise role-playing techniques.
• During exercises, assist gamers in use of simulation models and role-playing.
• During exercises, assist gamers in implementing rules and workarounds to offset simulation model abnormalities and increase exercise realism.
• Operate Government vehicles, as required.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Honorable service as an officer or noncommissioned officer in the US Armed Forces.
• Experience with Allied and US Joint doctrine, organization, and procedures.
• Experience with US Army doctrine, organization, and procedures.
• Experience in conducting instruction.
• Experience with war gaming or staff techniques.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
