Job Duties:
Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with residents in a post-acute care setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
