About the Role:
As a Sales Supervisor, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You work closely with the Store Manager to implement initiatives that boost revenue and uphold the prestige of the brand. Your primary focus is floor leadership: coaching the team in real-time, motivating staff to achieve sales goals, and ensuring the kiosk operates seamlessly
You support the Store Manager in key operational tasks—such as inventory and visual merchandising—while acting as a hands-on mentor for the team. You thrive on the sales floor, leading by example in client engagement and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Hourly Pay Range: $22 to $25. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. This position is commission eligible (2% -6%).
