This position consists of testing billing units on a daily basis. Candidate filling this position will also train and supervise daily activities of employees. He/She ensures all assigned duties are accomplished safely and in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Calibrates, validates, audits, cleans and guarantees units are good to bill on a daily basis for both Cerritos (EDS systems, IDS/EIDS systems and NSDS systems) and La Mirada (Singulator systems, IDS/EIDS systems and Tilt Tray systems) Facilities.
• Manages Department resources to ensure maximum outputs, accuracy and efficiency at all times
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement/engagement, proactive communication, problem-solving, interdepartmental cooperation and continual improvement on all levels.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with Department, station, Corporate and Local government requirements,
• Ensures all Department employees receives and relay specific information, detail-oriented, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, payroll, entitlement scheduling, compiling and sending reports, proactive coaching to support continued growth.
• Supervises and trains Union Revenue Recovery employees.
• Conducts audits of procedures and methods to generate reports/results. Including assisting with building system annuals and mini certifications.
• Implements employee personal development plans required to ensure all continuing professional growth of department personnel. Includes completion of Safety training and new implementations in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to schedule (start times vary upon volume, peak season means earlier start times and extended work shifts, coverage if needed)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• The candidate must be experienced in Access, Excel, Word, and, PowerPoint
• Ability to lift over 70lbs and climb ladders and stairs

Hours:

• Minimum of 5.0 hours per day/25 hours per week
• As Business dictates - Possibility of working more hours due to testing issues, follow up with BaSE/TSG and/or coverage
• Position guarantees 25 hours per week

Schedule and Location:

• This is a Cerritos (13233 Moore Street) and La Mirada (16301 Trojan Way) Facility Supervisor/DWS Tester position
• Cerritos and La Mirada Calibrations occur Monday to Friday
• Start time is expected to be right after our Preload shifts 9:00AM/9:30AM
• Flexibility of hours to start Twilight sorts in either Cerritos or La Mirada Facilities if needed - Ample notice will be given.
• Willingness and availability to cover coworker days off and vacations
• Reliable transportation is required

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
