
The Receiving Clerk / Front Desk Attendant serves a dual-function role within the condominium, rotating between receiving operations and front desk responsibilities. This position is responsible for managing all incoming deliveries while also providing professional front desk coverage. The role ensures packages, mail, and goods are properly received, logged, secured, and distributed to residents, while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and secure building environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify deliveries, packages, mail, and vendor shipments
Inspect items for visible damage or discrepancies upon arrival
Log deliveries into the building’s tracking system or records
Notify residents of received packages
Organize and store items in designated receiving areas
Release packages following proper verification procedures
Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and residents regarding deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and order of receiving/storage areas
Report suspicious packages or security concerns
Assist management with inventory or supply tracking (if applicable)
Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally
Monitor building access and enforce security procedures
Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
Provide general assistance to residents and visitors
Manage visitor logs and building records
Coordinate with management, maintenance, and security staff
Handle resident requests and service communications
Maintain front desk organization and appearance
Report incidents, maintenance issues, or concerns
