Part Time PAT (Parents as Teachers) Supervisor
The PAT Supervisor oversees the implementation and daily operations of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with PRAB policies, grant requirements, and the Parents as Teacher model. The supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and support to Parent Educators, monitors program performance, maintains compliance with documentation and reporting requirements, and builds strong partnerships with families and community organizations. This position is responsible for staff supervision, quality assurance, data management, outreach, and ensuring families receive high-quality home visiting services that promote healthy child development, school readiness, and family well-being. The PAT Supervisor also collaborates with agency leadership to achieve program goals and improve outcomes for children and families.
