Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, hand-cut fries, and craft sides, following recipes and specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
- Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
- Assist with daily prep tasks, such as chopping, prepping ingredients, and organizing the kitchen
- Ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, efficient service during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment that fosters growth and collaboration

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook (1–2 years preferred)
- Previous work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially with burgers, sandwiches, or comfort food
- Ability to work across multiple stations, including grill, fry, and prep
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to quickly and consistently execute dishes to meet quality standards
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- A passion for creating delicious and flavorful dishes
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain organization in a busy kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency
