About the Role

As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, you’ll work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting both workers and site leadership. You’ll play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive while collaborating closely with safety teams. This is not a traditional ambulance role. • Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
  • Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing
  • Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance
  • Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with site safety teams and leadership
  • Coordinate with local EMS for higher-level care when necessary

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Flexible, part-time scheduling
  • No ambulance rotations or transport responsibilities
  • Opportunity to work in a clinic-based environment
  • Hands-on experience in occupational and industrial medicine
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-profile construction projects
