Job Description


The Community Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of common areas throughout the association. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Blow leaves and debris from drains, playgrounds, guard booths, sidewalks, and other common areas.

  • Clean and sanitize community bathrooms.

  • Monitor, inventory, and maintain adequate supplies for bathrooms and maintenance needs.

  • Empty pet waste receptacles and dispose of dog waste liners properly.

  • Refill pet waste stations with dog waste bags as needed.

  • Clean windows at guard gates and guard booth areas.

  • Mop floors in guard booths and community bathrooms.

  • Operate a golf cart to patrol common areas and perform maintenance tasks.

  • Remove fallen palm fronds and other landscape debris from common areas.

  • Restock bathroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and other necessities.

  • Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or safety hazards to management.

  • Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of association facilities and grounds.

Part-Time Mon-Fri 8am-12pm

Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
