Job Description


The Front Desk serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective buyers or tenants. This position provides excellent customer service, maintains building security procedures, supports daily administrative operations, and helps ensure the smooth operation of the condominium association.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.

  • Monitor visitor access and follow building security and check-in procedures.

  • Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs.

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Assist residents with requests, forms, amenity reservations, and general information.

  • Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Maintain accurate resident contact information and records.

  • Coordinate with the property manager regarding maintenance requests and resident concerns.

  • Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies immediately.

  • Assist with meeting preparation, notices, and community communications.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Part-Time

Mon-Fri 8am-1:30pm

Salary: Up to $22 DOE
