In 2017, brothers Dan and Frank Glaser ran into a problem familiar to anyone who has ever tried to bring a group together. Searching for somewhere to host their family over Thanksgiving, they found hotels too anonymous, splitting the group across floors, and vacation rentals too small to feel like anywhere worth gathering in.
So they built the alternative themselves.
The first homes opened in Boston and New Orleans, furnished with their own family heirlooms, pieces with history, meaning, and the kind of character that cannot be mass-produced. They hired local designers, artists, and architects to make every home one-of-a-kind. They built local teams in every city so guests would be genuinely connected to the place, not just sleeping in it.
Today, Heirloom operates 300+ custom-designed luxury homes across nine US cities, with a 4.8 average guest rating across the portfolio.
We are built for the gatherings that move companies forward.
Leadership retreats. Sales kickoffs. Annual offsites. Board strategy sessions. New-hire onboarding cohorts. Client hospitality. The moments where the venue is part of the work, where a shared kitchen replaces a hotel buffet, where a porch replaces a breakout room, and where the conversations that change a quarter happen because the team is finally under one roof.
Hotels divide teams across floors. Conference centers turn off the moment the AV is unplugged. Heirloom gives organizations a residential setting designed for how teams actually think, talk, and decide together.
For HR leaders, Chief People Officers, founders, executive assistants, and event planners booking the kind of offsite that actually changes how a team operates, Heirloom is built for it.
Dedicated corporate contracts. Flexible cancellation. Invoicing. Multi-night rates. One point of contact from booking through checkout.
Stay in style. Stay for the stories. Stay Heirloom.
