Job Description

Essential Functions

· Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests

· Performs other duties assigned Expectations

· Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty

· Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures

· Must be present for all major and Minor events at the Arena

Education & Experience:

· Previous bartending experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

· Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance

· Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training ( TIP's, Servsafe certification)

· Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank

· Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders

· Ability to work effectively with others

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift

· Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

· Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions:

· May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season

· May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Location: Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan
