职位描述
负责场站现场全天值守，严格按照运维标准完成充换电设备全品类周期性保养、常规点检、日常巡检工作 对现场简单设备异常进行初步排查、临时处置，复杂 / 疑难故障第一时间同步组长及运维工程师跟进闭环； 直面到站车主，负责用户设备使用引导、现场咨询答疑，独立处置各类现场客诉与服务矛盾，做好用户情绪安抚，提升现场用户满意度； 严格执行场站安全作业规范，换电机械等设备安全巡检，主动识别现场安全隐患并及时上报，杜绝违规操作； 按要求完成运维工单填报、作业资料线上上传，如实记录每日现场设备、用户相关情况； 配合组长、运维工程师完成场站技改、设备调试、专项整改、定期维保等各类现场执行类工作，服从统一调度安排； 维持场站作业、服务区域现场整洁，落实场站 5S 基础要求。
职位要求
学历年龄：大专及以上学历，年龄 35 周岁以内；机电、电气、汽修、新能源设备相关专业优先； 证书硬性要求：必须持有有效低压电工操作证； 工作经验：具备设备维修、机电维保相关实操工作经验优先；有充换电站、充电桩、新能源场站运维实操经验者优先； 综合素养：责任心强，对待设备、用户问题主动跟进闭环；沟通共情能力突出，擅长现场人际协调，可独立化解用户纠纷； 安全要求：具备较强安全生产意识，熟悉电气设备安全操作准则，严格遵守场站安全 SOP，主动规避各类作业风险； 工作适配：能吃苦耐劳，适应场站作业环境，接受白夜班轮换、节假日排班； 基础能力：会使用手机、平板操作线上工单系统，具备基础文字记录能力；学习执行力强，能快速掌握充换电设备基础操作规范，服从组长工作安排。
