职位描述
一、职位描述 主要协助完成文案创作、短视频剪辑、平面设计作图、区域联动对接、传播素材整理等工作，深度参与浙江能源网络品牌营销全流程 二、岗位职责 内容与视觉产出：撰写短视频口播、社群及宣传文案脚本；独立完成短视频剪辑包装、基础宣传物料（海报、物料配图）制作，输出符合品牌调性、适配抖音/小红书/视频号/社群的传播物料。 传播项目执行及复盘：配合区域传播项目，协助统筹宣传节奏，跟进传播落地；并协助完成传播物料的台账整理、数据统计、活动复盘等日常工作。 区域协同对接：协助对接各地相关传播同事，同步传播需求、收集站点素材、跟进区域宣传落地，做好信息汇总与同步工作。
职位要求
三、任职要求 本科及以上在读，新闻传播、广告、新媒体、市场营销、设计相关专业优先，大三、大四、研究生均可。 熟练使用剪映剪辑，会Adobe AI/PS、Canva做基础海报排版；具备文案撰写能力，网感好，能写短视频脚本及各类宣传文案，可附个人作品优先。 沟通执行力强，做事细致有条理；对新能源换电行业感兴趣。每周可以实习4天及以上，可稳定实习3个月以上，能尽快到岗优先。
