Psychometrician

Flint, Michigan

We’re hiring a Psychometrician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with children and families, and the opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive clinical environment.

You’ll step into a clinical role administering and scoring neuropsychological, psychological, developmental, and behavioral testing. You’ll work primarily with children and adolescents while receiving direct clinical supervision from a licensed Psychologist and/or Neuropsychologist.

• Administer and score comprehensive psychological testing
• Prepare reports and integrated summaries of test results
• Direct supervision from licensed Psychologists and Neuropsychologists
• TLLP candidates considered with a pathway toward LLP licensure
• Meaningful work supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology
• You hold a Michigan LLP or TLLP credential
• You have at least 1 year of relevant pediatric or adolescent experience
• You’re comfortable with psychological testing, scoring, and documentation
• You enjoy working with children and families

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,645–$82,085.95
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
