  • Design and deliver outcome‑focused assessments and interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with governance and privacy standards
  • Provide personalised support and connect participants with community services
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain registration
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policies

About You

You’re a compassionate, qualified professional who’s committed to culturally responsive, trauma‑informed practice. You work well independently while collaborating with a broader multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • AHPRA‑registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
  • Registered Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
  • AASW‑registered Social Workers will also be considered
  • Experience delivering mental health services in community, employment, or allied health settings

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience working within a clinical governance framework
  • Professional proficiency in spoken Dari
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Victorian Working With Children Check

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working model – office‑based, community, and Telehealth
  • Company vehicle with fuel card (business and personal use)
  • Supervision and professional development support
  • Competitive salary package and employee benefits
  • Tools of trade including laptop and mobile phone
  • A supportive, collaborative not‑for‑profit environment with long‑term career pathways
