ifeel is a global mental health platform operating in more than 90 countries, recognized for its clinical, evidence-based approach centered on employee well-being. We are looking for psychologists and psychotherapists based in Croatia to join our international network of professionals and support users through flexible, confidential care focused on clinical quality.

We are currently expanding our Text Therapy network and are seeking clinicians who will provide asynchronous written support to adult users. This modality allows for continuous, flexible therapeutic follow-up while maintaining high clinical standards and confidentiality.

Your role as a Text Therapist (Croatian speaker) is essential in offering timely and effective support through chat therapy, enabling individuals to navigate their mental health challenges in a confidential and supportive way.

Responsibilities

• Provide chat-based therapeutic support to clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Engage with patients to continue the therapeutic process, encouraging progress and commitment.
• Create a safe and trusting environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to guide clients towards resolution and coping strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and therapeutic progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve overall client care.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology (integrated graduate degree or equivalent).
• Licensed and registered with the Croatian Psychological Chamber (HPK), with authorization for independent professional practice.
• Fluency in Croatian; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience providing psychological counseling or therapeutic support to adult clients.
• Additional training in psychotherapy is strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to convey empathy and structure through written exchanges.
• Familiarity with evidence-based mental health practices and interventions.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and online communication tools.
• Availability to respond to client messages on a daily basis.
