About Us

Acacia Connection is a leading Employee Assistance Provider dedicated to enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of thousands of employees and their families. We offer exceptional counselling services and support for personal and work-related issues that impact wellbeing, work performance, safety, morale, and psychological health. Our services are delivered nationwide, both in person and via telephone, by qualified mental health professionals.

We are looking for experienced Psychologists, Counsellors or Social Workers to join our team on a part-time basis (min 3 days) Due to an increase in demand for psychology and mental health services we have multiple positions available which can be performed on a part-time basis in Adelaide These roles will be hybrid roles with a mix of in-office, onsite at customer locations, and at-home delivering telehealth.

Your Contributions:

  • Qualifications: AHPRA registered psychologists or AASW Social Workers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent Counselling Skills: Proficient in evidence-based frameworks with demonstrated competency in providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and concerns.
  • Critical Incident Response: Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • Tech Savvy: Confidence in using technology and an IT case management system.
