Make a difference early, where it matters most
At Each, our Community Health Paediatric and Counselling Service (CHPACS) delivers School Readiness Funded (SRF) programs that strengthen the capacity of kindergartens to support children’s development, wellbeing and inclusion during the years that shape lifelong learning.
This program works alongside educators, families and communities to build inclusive, supportive environments for children aged three and four—focusing on communication, wellbeing, and participation so every child can thrive as they transition to school.
Your role, your impact
As a Psychologist in the School Readiness Funded Program, you will play a vital role in supporting kindergarten educators to respond confidently and thoughtfully to the diverse needs of children and families.
Rather than providing individual therapy, your work focuses on capacity building—helping educators strengthen everyday practice so children experience safe, inclusive and connected learning environments.
